Brian Ahearn was engaged byColumbia for the stellar role in a new romantic comedy, temporarily titled "Gribouille" with possibly Rita Hayworth as the feminine lead. Charles Vidor will be the director and B. B. Kahane the producer. Coming to the U.S.A. from England, where 'he had achieved success on the stage and screen, Ahearn's first important film role was in "Song of Songs" and his latest, as yet unreleased in New Zealand, in "My Son, My Son."
