Most observers of the international situation agree that the vortex of the struggle will eventually shift to the Near East. Unmistakable signs are apparent that Palestine is already becoming a focal point in the ambitions of dictators. Why should this tiny strip of land assume such importance? What vast designs lie behind the swift strokes of the aggressor Powers? It is Mr. V. R.
