NEW ZEALAND WORKERS IN AUSTRALIA

SYDNEY, July 9. Trade union leaders in Sydney agree that if the Federal Government's munitions programme is further expanded there will be ample room for New Zealand skilled tradesmen, as suggested in the proposal by the New Zealand Minister of Supply (the Hon. D. G. Sullivan) to transfer skilled workers from the Dominion to Australia to aid in the production of armaments.
