CUT OFF IN FRANCE
500 BRITISH SUBJECTS
LONDON, July 9.
The "Daily Mail" says that 500 British subjects in an evacuation train from the south of France are completely cut off and all attempts to make contact with them have failed. No foreigner is allowed in the unoccupied French territory, and the British subjects there will probably be interned.
