WAIRAU TO RELIEVE ECHO.
While T. Eckford and Co.'s auxiliary scow Echo undergoes \er annual overhaul next week, the same company's steamer Wairau will relieve on the Blenheim run. Her master will be Captain A. G. Baggett.
