LONDON, July 3. It is officially announced that R.A.F. bombers last night attacked shipbuilding yards at Bremen and | Kiel and bombed the entrance to the Kiel Canal. The Air Ministry announced yesterday: "Planes of the Fleet Air Arm heavily damaged German fuel stocks at Bergen early today, severely bombing oil tanks and an oil tanker, despite strong resistance from the ground. Our planes left the oil tanks blazing. All" our planes returned." Another Air Ministry communique states: "Despite adverse weather conditions during the last 24 hours, our bombers have continued their activities. Bombing attacks were made on Saturday on a landing ground at Knocke, upon aerodromes at Evreux and Ypenburg, on barges at Zwolle, and on a canal at Katwijk. One of our aircraft is missing. "Shipbuilding yards at Bremen and Kiel and an armament depot at Emden were attacked during the night. Jncendiary and high-explosive bombs were dropped at Brunsbuttel, at the entrance to the Kiel Canal. "Seaplane bases at Norderney and Hornum were also attacked. Two of our aircraft failed to return from" these night operations. "In numerous operations on Saturday by Coastal Command aircraft two of our aircraft engaged on escort duties were shot down by enemy fighters. Five members of the crews were rescued by a British warship." A German High Command communique states: "British planes raided Germany on Saturday night, but did slight damage. Enemy raiders hit Danish fishing boats and bombed a Norwegian steamer, killing several of the crew. The enemy lost ten planes on Saturday. Two German planes are missing." : LONDON, July 6. It is officially stated that Royal Air Force bombers attacked the German aircraft factory at Deichshausen, the railway junction at Cologne, the Dutch aerodromes at Waalhaven, Flushing, Schipol, and Texel, the naval bases at Kiel and Wilhelmshaven, and docks at Cuxhaven and Hamburg. Two of these bombers and one night bomber are missing. '

Many bombs were dropped on a construction basin at Kiel and naval storehouses at Wilhelmshaven. Several fires were started in the docks at Cuxhaven and Hamburg.

A German-controlled Dutch wireless station reports that a number of British bombing attacks were made over Holland near Haarlem. Fresh instructions were issued to enforce a more efficient black-out.
