(By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright.) (Received July 8, 12.30 p.m.) HYDE PARK, July 7. President Roosevelt and the Post-master-General (Mr. J. A. Farley) conferred for two hours. The President apparently revealed his plans! for the first time but pledged Mr. Farley to secrecy. Mr". Farley said: "The President was extremely frank with me. I was frank with him. I am thoroughly aware of what he has in mind, but am not at liberty to speak. Only the President can speak on that subject." The Democratic Convention will < meet a week hence. • Meanwhile, a powerful movement to draft the President for a third term is gathering force.
