GERMANY'S HAND
DISCLOSED IN FRANCE
LONDON, July 7.
A Berlin message says that the German military authorities have requisitioned all agricultural produce, foodstuffs, and semi-manufactured products in occupied France. All business enterprises are ordered to continue their activities, and employees and workmen are forbidden to leave their employment or strike. Prices are not to be raised without permission.
