The French Admiralty, in a com- ; munique issued today, forbids French 1 naval men to wear British decorations ] because of "the British Navy's coward- ] ly aggression against the French fleet < while it was disarming." < It also announced that the Petain ' Government is opening proceedings \ against Vice-Admiral Muselier Cap- ] pointed by General de Gaulle comman- ] der of the free French naval forces), who is "in the pay of Britain against l France." It added that Vice-Admiral : Muselier has been instantly dismissed \ for abuse of power, discourtesy, and \ other undisciplined acts. \ In Toulouse today a court-martial J sentenced General de Gaulle to four * years' imprisonment and fined him 100 francs. /
