CALL TO AGRICULTURISTS
(Received July 8, 1 p.m.) LONDON, July 7. The Berlin news agency states that Marshal Petain's Government decreed that demobilisation of French agriculturists must be completed by July 14, "as at present it is impossible for France to import foodstuffs. It falls to the lot of the peasant again to save the country by intensive work."
