' The newspaper "Yomiuri"' says that the Minister of War, Genera] Hata, informed the Premier, Admiral Yonai, of the Army's deterurination to take a "dauntless attitude" in the establishment of the new order notwithstanding certain friction with Britain and America, which was unavoidable. " ■, General Hata and political parties today attacked the statement by the Foreign Minister, Mr. Arita, of Japan's policy and interests in the Far East and South, Seas as "spiritless." ; The Nakajinia faction of the Seiyu- , kai Party <former Liberal Party) passed a .resolution calling for "strengthening of the Axis and tha southward advance policy." , Mr. Arita conferred with the Prime Minister. A statement issued later said that Japan aimed at the establishment of a new order in the Far East in conformity with the latest world developments and as a contribution to , a new order in the relations of all the! world's nations. 1
