LARGE CONTINGENT

SOLDIERS AND NURSES

RUGBY, June 21

Only a few days after the safe arrival in Britain of the second contingent of Anzacs it was announced today that more Dominion soldiers and airmen have arrived. They are Canadians and nearly all infantrymen. Together with the soldiers 129 nurses arrived to form the staff of the Canadian Red Cross hospital which is shortly to be opened in England. This was the largest contingent of Canadians landed at one time since the beginning of. the war.
