INTOXICATED IN CHARGE

Pleading guilty before Mr. A. M. Goulding, S.M., in the Lower Hutt Court, to being intoxicated in charge of a motpr-truck, Edwin Oswald White, aged 19, was fined £20, and his licence was ■ cancelled for twelve months. On a charge of converting the truck he was admitted to probation for twelve months, and was ordered to lake out a prohibition order.
