YUGOSLAVIA AND RUSSIA
EXCHANGE OF TRADE ENVOYS

BELGRADE, May 26.
The protocal of the agreement between Yugoslavia and Russia provides for an exchange of <-ade delegations with the rights and privileges of diplomatic missions. The Soviet reserves the right to open trade offices in Yugosjav towns other than Belgrade with the same privileges.
