Billie Burke, who will soon be seen in "Thg Ghost Comes Home," with Frank Morgan,, has an excellent way of disposing of the excess powder that collects.on the brows and lashes after the puff has been used. The Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer actress suggests taking a small piece,of cotton, moistened w,ith olive oil, and whisking it over them, always brushing the brows the wrong way before smoothing them straight.
