MALICIOUS ANTI-NAZI STATEMENTS
LONDON, May 21
The German Ministry of Defence has issued a decree, applicable not only to ■Germans abroad but also to nationalists '■ of other countries, providing penalties "for malicious utterances against [.Nazism or against the Nazi leaders. Any journalist in any country who at any time is thus guilty will be severely punished."
