DAMAGED BRIDGE
REPAIRS IN PROGRESS

PALMERSTON N., This Day.
Work is proceeding rapidly on the repairs to the railway bridge at Longburn, where the accident to the goods train, reported pn page 6. occurred. It is expected that north-bound expresses will be able to use the bridge tonight and that the full service will be restored tomorrow night.
