INTOXICATED IN CHARGE
Pleading guilty to being intoxicated in charge of a motor truck on the Hutt Road, on Saturday, Daniel James Ryan, a motor driver, aged 30, was fined £20 and costs by Mr. A. M, Goulding, S.M., in the Petone Court yesterday. He was prohibited from obtaining a licence until March 31, 1941.
