WOOL FOR UNIFORMS.

Yorkshire woollen mills continue to be well employed. The services are absorbing enormous quantities of textiles. A statement made in the House of Lords disclosed that production of •khaki cloth for overcoats was now 1500,000 yards per month compared with a peacetime output of 300,000 yards annually. Production of all other fabrics for Government orders has reached enormous dimensions.
