NO QUARREL, BUT—
MUST BEHAVE AS NEUTRAL
LONDON, April 17,
Mr. R. Cross, Minister of Economic Warfare, speaking tonight of Italy's attitude in the war, said that there was no reason to think that Italy was Lo be treated in any other way than as a neutral.

He expressed the opinion that in the next month Germany might attack Sweden. We were ready to give Sweden any help if attacked, but he asked Sweden to do everything possible to help herself.
