A series of visits of inspection to mobilisation camps and coast defences will occupy Major-General J. -E. Duigan, C.8., D.5.0., Chief of the General> Staff, for ' the remainder of the month. His itinerary from today is as follows:— This evening.—Depart for Lyttelton by the steamer, express. Tomorrow.—Visit Burhham Camp. Inspection of troops at 10 a;ni. Wednesday.—lnspect coast defences near Christchurch. Leave for Wellington again by steamer express same night. ' "' .'. , , . Thursday.—At Army Headquarters, Wellington, all day. Depart for Auckland, by Limited; express,.:7.ls p.m; Friday.—Visit Papakura Camp. Inspect trpops 2 p.m. : : " -Saturday and Sunday.—At Auckland. 'Monday, April 22.—Inspect coast defences near. Auckland. Leave for Wellington in the evening. . April 23, 24, and 25.—At Wellington. April 26.—Inspect 28th ; - (Maori) Battalion at Palmer ston North, 2.30 p.m. April 27.—At Army ' Headquarters, Wellington. April 28.—Inspect troops at Trentham Camp, 10 a.m.
