HASTINGS BRIDE

MARRIED IN LONDON

LONDON, March 5.

. At St. George's, Hanover Square, on March 2, the marriage was solemnised between Lieutenant-Commander Auberon Charles Alari Campbell Duckworth, R.N., second son of the late Sir George Duckworth and of Lady Margaret Duckworth, and Miss Christina Elsie Williams, youngest daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Edric Beetham Williams, and niece of Miss Elsie Williams, of Frimley, • Hastings. The Rev. J. C. Nankivell, R.N., officiated. The bride, who was given away by her cousin, Lieutenant Peter T. Williams, R.N., wore a bouffant gown, of stiff white duchess satin, made with long sleeves and a Mgh, heart-shaped neckline, to which was pinned a Naval brooch. Her train was of old Honiton lace (lent by her cousin, Mrs. V. E. Kemball), over which was draped a tulle veil, with which she wore a headdress of mixed white flowers, matching her bouquet. Mr. Henry Duckworth, Royal Artillery, brother of the bridagroom, was best rqsan. The reception vbS^ held by Mrs. Kemball at 28 Cadogan Gardens, where the toast of the young couple was proposed by Mr. J. C. Rolleston. Greig, Mrs. Herbert Musgrave, Mr. and Mrs. H. Nuding, Mr. and. Mrs-. J. C. Rolleston, Mrs. G. R. Fox, Miss E. Bell, Miss Antoinette Wilder, Mr. Michael , Ormond, Mr. Peter Herrick, Sub-Lieu-tenant L. The date of the wedding was hurriedly arranged, the bridegroom unexpectedly being granted leave.
