GERMANY READY TO ENTER

PARIS, March 25.
France has notified the Finnish Olympic Committee that owing to the mobilisation of athletes Ifirance will not participate in the Olympic Games. France has been informed that the British Empire has reached the same decision, but Germany,. Italy, Norway; Sweden, Rumania, and, Yugoslavia have notified their willingness to participate.
