FIRST PRIZE TO CHRIST-
CHURCH
Christchurch takes the first prize in art unions almost with monotonous frequency, the first prize of £2000 again going to a Christchurch ticket-holder, "Antrim," No. 116854, in the "My Lucky Day" Art Union, drawn last evening. The rest of the prizes were well distributed, and Wellington ticket-holders fared no better than usual, the seventh prize of £100 being their only major
prize. -~•,«_ Mr. J. W. Hutchen represented the; Internal Affairs Department at the. drawing and Sergeant A. E. Kearton the police.
