REV. WATTS OUT ON BAIL
(Received February 26, 10.30 a.m.) KOBE, February 24. The Rev. Frederick Watts, of Australia, who was arrested on January 17 on an undisclosed charge, has been released on bail. It is revealed that he is charged with an infringement of the exchange control regulations.
