WASHINGTON, February 10.
lln Congress today Senator J. A. iDanaher (Republican) said: 'Th* 'united States neutrality patrol is the eyes of Britain in American waters* He made the charge that the German liner Columbus (which was scuttled in the Atlantic) passed along one group of United States destroyers after another until it was virtually delivered !into the hands of the British.
