HUTT FLOWERS.

The Hutt Valley gladioli, dahlia, hydrangea, and begonia show will be held in the Horticultural Society's Hall. Laings Road, on Wednesday, and will be open from 2 p.m to 10 p.m. The official opening will be performed by Sir Charles Luke, at 3 p.m. Entries will close at 5 p.m. tomorrow. The show promises to be one of the most colourful displays the society has staged. Entries have been freely promised from far afield, and, as tlie season has been ideal, local contributions will be seen at their best.
