NATIONAL ART GALLERY.
The National Art Gallery was weil patronised by visitors during the weekend. The whole of the Gallery is occupied with works from Great Britain and New Zealand. The New Zealand section shows the portraits of known men, commencing from Governor Hobson. There are landscapes of the countdy painted in the early days and by contemporary New Zealand artists. The Coronation picture, which hangs in Gallery B, is much admired. There is so much to see of interest that all visitors should make sure pf visiting the Gallery while the Centennial Exhibitions are being held.
