BOMB EXPLOSION

SWISS POLICE INSPECTOR KILLED

LAUSANNE, February 7.

A German rushed into police headquarters with a package which had been delivered at his hotel and said "I think it's a bomb." While an antiespionage inspector was examining the package it exploded with a terrific detonation, killing the inspector and seriously injuring a police brigadier and the German, who is believed to have been marked down as a victim by an espionage gang.
