LONDON, January 24. A message from Parissays it is revealed that the Germans have massed large concentratidns of troops on the Baltic coast in addition to the Rumanian frontier, and on the Western Frontier from Coblenz to the North Sea (facing the Low 'Countries)."" s

The forces on the Baltic coast are between the Rivets Elbe and Oder, and are clearly directed against Scandinavia. They are carrying out embarkation and disembarkation exercises at Warnemunde and Sassnitz, which are stations for the ferry services to Sweden and Denmark.

The concentrations are particularly large east of Kiel, and coincide with the calling up of sailors there. The sailors are also intensively training for embarkation.
