WAR INVESTMENTS
CANADIAN PROGRAMME

OTTAWA, January 22
The Minister of Finance, LieutenantColonel Ralston, announced that a programme is being devised, probably similar to the war savings certificates scheme during the World War, to enable the investment of small amounts in war loan securities at any time.
He added that the over-subscription of the Canadian loan left no doubt about the need and usefulness of such an arrangement.
