SUNDAY NIGHT CONCERT.

The concert arranged by the Wellington City Centennial Celebrations Committee in the Town Hall last night consisted of an organ recital by Mr. Maxwell Fernie, assisted by Mr. Ray Trewern, tenor. Mr. Fernie's organ solos were drawn from the works of Bach, Guilmant, Mozart, Faulkes, Tschaikowsky. and Widor, and were much enjoyed. Mr. Trewern's songs, selected from Grieg, Gounod, Handel, Hageman, and Campbell-Tipton, vere well rendered and well received. The pianoforte accompaniments were efficiently played by Mr; Bryan McMillan.
