Wilkes, the Air Secretary, Mr. T. A. Barrow, Mr. M. A. Eliott, chairman of the Harbour Board, Sir Charles Norwood, Mr. C. M. Turrell, Mr. W. H.. Price, Mr. T. R. Barrer, members of the Harbour Board, and Mr. J. N. Greenland, General Manager of the Union Steam Ship Company, Ltd.
