LIABLE TO SERVICE
FOREIGNERS IN FRANCE

PARIS, January 18.
It has been decreed that all foreigners between the ages of 20 and 48 who are enjoying the right of .asylum in France are liable to service with the labour corps. Foreigners who have been residents for ten years are permitted to join the French Army.
