The new block, ivhich when completed will be the largest office building in New Zealand, faces Maginnity, Stout, and Ballance Streets. Standing beside Mr. Semple is Mr. Andrew Fletcher, representative of the contractors, the Fletcher Construction Company,, who presen ted the Minister ivith a coffee service in a maplewood case.
