MANAGER RETIRING

BANK OF AUSTRALASIA

Mr. W. H. Robertshaw. manager of the Wellington branch of the Bank of Australasia, will retire on December 16, after over forty years' service in the bank. He will be succeeded by; Mr.. O. K. Tennent, manager of the Dunedin branch.

Mr. Robertshaw joined me service of the bank in 1899 at Wanganui.. Heserved as manager at New Plymouth, Feilding, and Wanganui before assuming the management of the Wellington branch in 1933. He intends to.maintain his business activities, and will be associated with Mr. Ultan F. McCabe, sharebroker. Wellington.

Mr, O. K. Tennent, manager of. the Duncdin branch since. 1935, who .will succeed Mr. Robertshaw, was appointed as a junior to the Wellington branch' in 1903. He was' accountant here in 1920, and was subsequently an inspector of branches.
