PUBLIC Notice is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Horowhenua County Council held for that purpose on Friday, the 13th October, 1939, the said Council passed by way of Special Resohition a By-Law to be known as "The Waimeha Township Water Supply By-Law" No. 3, 1939.
