CONCERT AT AIR FORCE
CAMP
The revue presented by the Repertory Concert Party at the Air Force Camp at Weraroa on Saturday was received with great enthusiasm, the boys being an ideal audience, never missing a point or failing to show their appreciation of a number they enjoyed particularly. , High lights on the programme, which J consisted of musical numbers, ballets,! and sketches, were "Valses from Firefly," "Deep Purple," and "Samoa." The designing of the frocks worn by the ballet and show girls was the work of Morris Hood, a member, of the society recently returned from Sydney. The members of the party, who took part in the concert were Misses I. Spidy, V. Hickey, J. Gilmer, M. and A. Armour, P. O'Sullivan, H. Inkster, T. Meadows, J. Turner, G. Jones, D. Tyack, N. Marshall, J. McKenzie, R. Haslarn, M. -Goldfinch, Jan Kelly, J. Greenfield-Brown, P. Gledhill, N. McDonald, N. Horton, M. Robertson, J. Croudeca, V. Smith, E. Johnson, B. Basham, L. Jackson, I. Lockwood, M. Perdu, G. Vickers, and Messrs. L. Arlow, C. Davidson, A. Ashley-Jones, L. Brown, Chas. Johnson, and S. Vinsen. The orchestra comprised Misses I. ! Lockwood, M. Perdu, G. Vickers, and iI. Spidy, and the whole show was under the direction of Mr. Eric Harrison. After the entertainment the party were the guests of the officers at . a supper party which was followed by a very enjoyable dance.
