Kepf esehtatives, when he alleged "a

deliberate attempt at war profiteering" /had been made in the prices .quoted for Army boots. Sir Frederick- Stewart announced that he intended to exercise special powers under, the National Security. Kegulations to obtain 100,000 pairs of boots at a price to be determined by arbitration.
