INTOXICATED IN CHARGE
Emil Arthur Kodgers, a traveller, residing at Haywards, pleaded guilly before Mr. A. M. Goulding, S.M., at the Lower Hutt Magistrate's Court, yesterday to, a charge of being intoxicated in charge of a car;.
