The Australian and New Zealand delegates to the Empire Air Conference have cabled to their Governments details of the proposals for the training scheme, and approval is expected -in two of" three days, when a general conference will be held • at . which speedy final agreement is expected, to be followed by.an announcement within a fortnight. •. .
