CAPE TOWN, November 9,
An authoritative statement was broadcast that the South African Government holds incontrovertible evidence that a Nazi plot was frustrated at the outbreak of the war to arm black shirt troops and sabotage vital points of South African industry.
The Government has conclusively established the connection between Nazi organisations, of which it holds authentic lists of members, arid the staff of the German Minister.
