ST. JOHN AMBULANCE

The opening day of. the Exhibition was abusy one for members- of the nursing and ambulance divisions of the St. John Ambulance Brigade, and approximately 150 members were on duty throughout-the day. ".

The following letter has been received from. Colonel .H. E. Avery, sec-, retary and assistant manager of the Exhibition: —"I wish to take this opportunity of conveying to_you and every member of your staff my grateful thanks,; and'those of my directors, for the great help that you afforded us: on opening date. We all admired the way in which your members carried out their duties and the efficiency bf the whole of your organisation."
