FAILURE TO ACCOUNT
Eric George Hood, a salesman,, aged 34, appeared before Mr. J. L. Stout, S.M.,' in the Magistrate's Court today charged , with failing to account for £31 3s 4d to the Provident Life .Assurance Company, Ltd., thereby committing theft. He pleaded guilty' tb the charge, and was remanded until Tuesday for sentence, pending a report from the Probation Officer.
