(Daventry Broadcast.) LONDON, Friday Night. Germany and Russia are to exchange populations between that part of Poland seized by Germany anU the portion incorporated in the Soviet, according to a Berlin message.

Germans An the Russian portion and Russians in* the German portion may move across the dividing line if they wish and take movable belongings with them. It is understood that Germany is preparing plans also to remove Poles from the Corridor into Western Poland.
