A decree nisi on the ground of desertion was granted to Kathleen Joan McKenzie by the Chief Justice (Sir Michael Myers) in the Supreme Court today on her undefended petition for divorce from Bruce McKenzie. Mr. A. B. Croker appeared for the petitioner.
