LONDON, November -1.

The Bagdad correspondent of "The Times" says that the Regent, in his Speech from the Throne, said that Irak entirely approves the pact between Britain and France ana! Turkey, which enabled the Middle East to regard the future with confidence. The Arab countries, he stated, were wise in taking a stand for the liberty and independence of nations and hoped their action would help in the realisation of their own nationalist aspirations.
