AUSTRALIAN WHEAT
BOUGHT BY JAPAN FOR
NORTH CHINA

It is reported that a Japanese firm, through its Australian representatives, has contracted for 200,000 tons of Australian wheat at 112s a ton which can be exported to North China to relieve the scarcity of foodstuffs.
