MEDITERRANEAN SHARES

PARIS, October 31.
Mediterranean shares boomed on the Stock Exchange as-a result of news of the Italian Cabinet changes. Suez Canal shares rose to 450 points, Rio Tinto to 92 points,' and other increases averaged 40 points.
