Amalgamated Wireless (Australasia) Ltd* shows a net profit of £132,578 for the year ended June 30. compared with £130,197 for the previous year. Dividend, as already announced, is 10 per cent, requiring £89,035 on the larger subscribed/capital. . The bonus of. .2 per cent.' paid for the two previous years has" been omitted. Transfer to reserve is £50,000 (against £30,000 in 1937-38), and £45,483 is carried forward, compared with £51,941 brought into the accounts. The amount reserved or written off for depreciation was £73,860. Works at Ashfield, Sydney, were fully occupied during the year.
